OCPP Configuration for Turogize charging stations

Step 1 – Registering the Station with Club Roulez Électrique

  1. Log into your member area on the Club Roulez Électrique website.

  2. Open the section dedicated to your stations.

  3. Click on the option to add a station and select "Other OCPP station".

  4. Select "Other" under the station's brand section.

  5. Enter the serial number in the field reserved for the station's identifier. This number typically begins with "SN" followed by a series of numbers.

  6. Assign an optional name to your station.

  7. Validate the registration.

Step 2 – Open the Turogize Configuration Interface

Restart the Station to Activate Its Wi-Fi Access Point

  • Cut the power at the circuit breaker for 10 seconds, then restore power.

  • This action activates the station's local Wi-Fi network.

Connect to the Local Wi-Fi

  1. Open the Wi-Fi settings on your device.

  2. Use a laptop, tablet or mobile phone with cellular data turned off.

  3. Select the station's Wi-Fi network. The name corresponds to the serial number.

  4. Enter the access point password.

This information is found on the last page of the station's manual. The default value is usually:

admin123

Open the charging station's web interface

Open a web browser and enter the following address:

http://192.168.4.1

Then enter the 4-digit password.

This PIN code can be found on the last page of the manual. You will use this same code to complete the OCPP configuration.

Configure the Internet access and the OCPP server for Club Roulez Électrique

Access the network settings to configure the station's Internet access and OCPP.

Configure the following settings:

  • Select Wi-Fi.

  • Keep the default setting.

  • Select your home Wi-Fi network.

  • Ensure it is a 2.4 GHz network.

  • Enter your Wi-Fi network password.

  • Enter the OCPP address for Club Roulez Électrique.

The OCPP address for Club Roulez Électrique to enter is:
wss://ocpp.sh:443/[station serial number]

Example

wss://ocpp.sh:443/SN12345678910114

Save the changes

  1. Save the changes.

  2. Enter the four-digit password used previously to confirm the changes.

Let the station restart

The station restarts automatically after the network configuration.

This step disconnects your phone from the station's Wi-Fi access point.

Step 3 – Checks

Verify the connection

  1. Allow the station to complete its restart cycle.

  2. Return to My Stations in the Club Roulez Électrique app or on the web.

  3. The station should display as Online or Available.

Validate the settings

  • Check that the auto start setting is enabled.

    Charging then starts automatically upon connection, provided no scheduling is active in the vehicle.

  • Use Read Configuration to sync the Club's data with the station's data.

  • Adjust the gauge if the displayed current limit remains incorrect.

    Verify the actual capacity of the station before saving the change. Consult an expert if in doubt.

Start a charge

  1. Plug in a vehicle and start a charge.

  2. Check that the charge starts correctly.

  3. Verify that the delivered power is correct.

  4. Unplugging the vehicle ends the session.

  5. The session automatically appears in your charge history and generates rebates.
