Step 1 - Adding the station in the Wallbox application

• Launch the Wallbox application on your phone.
• Log in to your account via email.
• Press the PLUS button located at the top center of the home screen.
• Scan the QR code attached on the left side of the station or manually enter the serial number and user ID indicated on the packaging or on the left side of the station.
• Indicate Canada as the country, your province as the region, and select your time zone.
• Register the device.

Step 2 - Connecting the station to the Wi-Fi network

• Select your station in the application.
• Check for the presence of the antenna icon with a signal next to the lock symbol.
• If the signal or icon is missing, open the settings via the gear icon at the top right.
• Access the network menu and select your Wi-Fi network.
• Enter the password for it and wait for the connection confirmation.

Step 3 - Firmware update

• Open the settings of your station in the application.
• Select system updates, then software update. Take this opportunity to ensure the auto-update setting is enabled.
• Install the latest version. If the station is significantly behind, perform the updates gradually through several successive cycles until obtaining the latest version (as of August 13, 2026: ≈ 6.11.27).
• Wait for the complete process to finish without cutting off the station's power supply.
• Ensure you get the message "The software is up to date" after checking again in the software updates menu.

Step 4 - Retrieving the serial number

• Note the serial number displayed on the sticker of the station or on its original box.
• Contact Wallbox customer service if the label is unreadable. This number is essential for the next steps.

Step 5 - Registering the station with the Roulez Électrique Club

It is strongly recommended to use the Club's Internet portal for this step rather than the mobile application

• Login to your member area on the Club Roulez Électrique website.
• Open the section dedicated to your charging stations.
• Click on the option to add a station and select the Wallbox brand (OCPP).
• Enter the serial number in the designated field for the station ID (labeled "serial number on web or chargeboxld on mobile).")
• Assign an optional name to your station.
• Enable the option "no password (station without authentication)" — very important
• Confirm the registration.

Step 6 - Configuring the OCPP server in the Wallbox app

• Open the Wallbox app and select your station.
• Press the gear icon to open settings.
• Enable the OCPP option to allow management by a third party.
• Select the value "other" as the OCPP provider.
• Enter the following address keeping the / character at the end: wss://ocpp.sh/
• Enter your station's serial number in the charge point ID field.
• Leave the password field empty.
• Save the changes.

Step 7 - Connection validation

• Wait a few minutes after the configuration.
• Check that the status of your station switches to online in your Club Roulez Électrique member area.
• The following charging sessions will be transmitted automatically.
