Effective date: 2026-05-31 Operator: Roulez Électrique Inc. ("we", "our"). Application: Roulez Électrique (the "Application").
Welcome. This End-User Licence Agreement and Terms of Use (the "EULA") govern your access to and use of the Application, dashboard and related services. By creating an account, connecting a charger or using the Application, you accept this EULA.
1. Definitions
- Program: the rewards and environmental-credits program associated with the Application.
- Partners: Roulez Électrique, manufacturers, installers, brokers, aggregators, auditors, verifiers and other third parties participating in the Program.
- Content: any text, data, image or information accessible through the Application.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
- You must be of the age of majority in your province of residence.
- You confirm that you have the authority to enrol the charger(s) you connect.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Application for the purposes of the Program, in accordance with this EULA.
4. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
- You must notify us without delay of any unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach, fraud or security risk.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not circumvent security measures or access systems or data without authorization.
- Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Do not disrupt the operation of the Application or the Program.
6. Data and privacy
The processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you acknowledge that policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Application, its content and its marks belong to us or are used under licence. You receive no rights other than the licence granted.
8. Rewards and credits
- Rewards and credits are governed by the Program Terms.
- We may modify, suspend or terminate the Program or its parameters, subject to applicable laws.
9. Chargers and third-party data
- You authorize the connection of your charger and the collection of charging data.
- You confirm that you hold the rights necessary to share that data.
10. Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of CA$100 or the amounts you received from the Program over the last 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Application or your breach of this EULA.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time in case of breach or risk. You may stop using the Application at any time.
If you delete your account or remove your charger, your participation in the Club Roulez Électrique Program ends: you will no longer be able to take part in the Program with that account or charger.
14. Changes
We may amend this EULA. Significant changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws applicable in Québec, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
